Return Policy

Before you finalize your order, it is strongly recommended to carefully research the product you have intention on purchasing. If there is any additional information about a product that is needed, please, do not hesitate to Contact us @, info@stonernblaze.com

There should be no hesitation n contacting us for any information that is needed. Our team is very knowledgeable and continuing to better our knowledge.

New or Used Products

All new or used products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a full return and exchange:

Product(s) has a 30-day return from the original delivery date.

New product(s) must be the original condition package, unused and condition.

Used product(s) that have been opened, broken seal, must be in the original condition they were delivered in and may be subject to a restocking fee up to %40. Additional fees of 10% may be imposed if accessories, parts, etc., are missing from the original packing.

Defective Products

Customers are entitled to a replacement for defective products. The defective products must meet in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy.

Note: Certain manufacturers require that the customer process warranty claims with them directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return unless the product was received not functioning at the time it was received by the customer. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing and Damaged Items

Any and all items that are missing and or damaged must be reported with 72 of the delivery there are no exceptions on this rule. Glass products and items will not and will not be covered under warranty, unless, the order arrived dismantled and damage.  Please at the earliest convenience please contact us @, info@stonernblaze.com

Return Instructions

All return packages and products must include an RA number (Return Authorization number). An RA number can easily be acquired by contacting info and support at info@stonernblaze.com

 Any item or product sent without an RA number will not be our responsibility. The RA number and should be written clearly on all sides of the package that the items are being shipped in. Please be advised we reserve the right to refuse and deny any return, and also, we may request additional information as a condition of the return.

All accessories and products and parts must all be returned with the unit. Upon arrival to one of our suppliers, distributors, or manufactures, if the unit is determined to be in working condition; the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

 If these terms aren’t fully met, returns will not be met either. The buyer must understand and agree to the payment for all cost with returning the item(s). This will include the non-reimbursement of expedited shipping services at purchase time.  It is strongly recommended you ensure the packages make it the chosen facility, we are not liable for any product(s) lost, damaged or stolen while in route to the chosen facility.

Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return once it has arrived at a designated facility.

Order cancellation

If an order must be canceled, please, with no hesitation contact us at info@stonernblaze.com. If an order has already been shipped, the return policy still must be abided by.
